This is the previous version of our popular Super Soft Kohl Delft Blue Smudgeable Eye Pencil. A unique all day lasting performance this pencil is great for all occasions its easy to apply and can be blended will other make up for a subtle look.     Great eye pencil, no smudging and lasts for the day without reapplying. I wish they had a dark blue pencil in their range as this is a light blue.
